Co-owner of cryptocurrency platform Suex will try to defeat the U.S. in court

Co-owner of over-the-counter cryptocurrency trading platform Suex, which is under U.S. sanctions, claims that the company has not engaged in illegal activities and intends to defend its position in court. Egor Petukhovsky announced this on his Facebook page:

“Neither I nor any of the businesses associated with me have ever engaged in any illegal activity. I have firmly decided to defend my name in court in the United States of America.

Realizing that the millstone of U.S. justice was grinding slowly and that the legal proceedings could affect customers, partners, shareholders and other stakeholders, Petukhovsky decided at this time to withdraw from the Telegram cryptocurrency exchange bot Chatex as shareholders and employees.
